You will work with cross-functional teams of scientists, statisticians, and clinicians to drive data-informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze complex pharmaceutical data, including clinical trial data, genomic data, and real-world data.
• Design and conduct exploratory data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and potential biomarkers related to drug efficacy and safety.
• Build predictive models to forecast patient response, identify patient stratification strategies, and optimize clinical trial design.
• Collaborate with bioinformatics and computational biology teams to integrate diverse data sources and generate actionable insights.
• Develop data visualization tools and dashboards to effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of data governance strategies and ensure data integrity and security in a remote working environment.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in applying data science and machine learning techniques within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with handling large-scale datasets and proficiency in SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
