About the Role

Our client seeks a driven and astute Commercial Property Broker to expand their presence in Centurion . This role focuses on facilitating the leasing and sales of commercial properties, including office spaces, retail units, and industrial sites. You will be instrumental in identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and matching them with suitable properties. The ideal candidate possesses strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market in the Pretoria and surrounding areas, contributing to the company's growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure new business opportunities for commercial property listings and tenant/buyer representation in Centurion.
• Market commercial properties effectively through various channels, including online portals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct property viewings, present proposals, and negotiate lease and sale agreements.
• Build and maintain a strong network of landlords, tenants, investors, and developers.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment potential.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Property Broker or in a related sales role within commercial real estate.
• A strong understanding of the Centurion commercial property market , including zoning, lease structures, and investment principles.
• Excellent negotiation, sales, and presentation skills.
• Valid fidelity fund certificate and relevant industry qualifications (e.g., NQF5).
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding sales pipeline.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and commercial real estate databases.
