About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic, fully remote team, supporting operations based in Mossel Bay . This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and managing effective email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, engage customers, and drive sales. You will be responsible for crafting compelling email content, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize future outreach. The ideal candidate is passionate about effective communication, skilled in email marketing platforms, and comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated sequences.
• Write clear, concise, and persuasive email copy that aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
• Design visually appealing email templates that are mobile-responsive and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Manage and segment email subscriber lists to ensure accurate targeting and personalization.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyzing open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and A/B testing results.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-4 years of experience specifically in email marketing or digital marketing with a strong email component.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with a focus on marketing messaging.
• Understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and list management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
