About the Role

Our client is seeking an energetic and customer-centric Client Success Associate to join their remote team supporting clients in the Randburg area. This role is focused on ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our client's products or services. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through onboarding, providing proactive support, and fostering strong relationships to maximize their success and retention. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping others succeed and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients, guiding them through product setup and initial usage.
• Proactively engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing value from our products/services.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing effective solutions and support.
• Monitor client health and proactively identify at-risk accounts, developing intervention plans.
• Gather client feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a client success , account management, or customer support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other client management tools.
• A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
