Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive end-to-end technical solutions for telecoms services, including network, cloud, and security components.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams, clients, and product development to understand needs and propose optimal architectures.
• Develop detailed technical proposals, diagrams, and documentation for solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, from presales to implementation support.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with proposed solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in telecommunications architecture, design, or engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of IP networking, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), unified communications, and cybersecurity principles.
• Proven ability to design complex, scalable, and resilient solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, essential for a remote role.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools is a plus.
