Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via email, phone, or chat platforms.
• Coordinate and arrange services such as transportation, dining reservations, and special requests for guests.
• Proactively identify and resolve guest issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate management when necessary.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the CRM system.
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to ensure timely service delivery.
• Gather guest feedback and assist in implementing service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a guest services , customer support, or hospitality role is required.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and online communication tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to guest service and a passion for exceeding expectations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in hospitality are a plus.
