Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to deliver exceptional service quality.
- Schedule work assignments, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion of all cleaning duties in Port Elizabeth .
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary and ensuring proper storage.

Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
