Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their strategic priorities and translate them into HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels in a remote setting.
• Expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, best practices, and relevant employment legislation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
