Our client is seeking an experienced Management Consultant focused on Strategy & Growth to join their team, serving clients in the Port Elizabeth area. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of identifying new market opportunities, developing growth strategies, and advising clients on sustainable business expansion. You will work on challenging engagements that shape the future direction of businesses, leveraging market insights and data-driven approaches. The position offers a hybrid working model, balancing the effectiveness of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential new markets, revenue streams, and business models for clients.
• Develop comprehensive growth strategies, including market entry plans, product expansion, and M&A opportunities.
• Conduct detailed market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer segmentation studies.
• Advise clients on strategic initiatives to enhance market positioning and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with client leadership to define strategic priorities and implementation roadmaps.
• Prepare and deliver compelling strategic plans and recommendations to executive teams.

Requirements

• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant business field.
• At least 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business development.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies for businesses.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and financial analysis.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting, balancing client needs with personal flexibility in Port Elizabeth.
