About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for community sports development programs.
- Identify and nurture local sporting talent through targeted initiatives and competitions.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staff allocated to sports development projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to secure funding and partnerships for sports initiatives.
- Organize and oversee sports events, tournaments, and workshops for diverse age groups.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, reporting on key performance indicators and outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in sports development or management.
- Proven track record in program design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Strong understanding of sports governance, event management, and athlete development principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
