Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a cutting-edge social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement for our e-commerce business.
• Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, news) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities, responding promptly to inquiries and feedback.
• Analyze social media campaigns and website traffic, providing detailed reports on performance and ROI to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies, exploring new platforms and features.

Requirements

• Proven working experience in social media management or as a Social Media Specialist, ideally in a remote setting .
• Excellent copywriting, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Experience with e-commerce operations and marketing strategies is highly desirable.
