Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skin analysis and consultations to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of skincare ingredients, product formulations, and emerging industry trends.
• Provide expert advice on home care regimes and product recommendations to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Oversee inventory management for skincare products and treatment supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Mentor and train junior aestheticians, sharing expertise and promoting best practices in client care and treatment delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed and certified Aesthetician.
• Proven expertise in performing advanced skincare treatments and operating aesthetic equipment.
• In-depth understanding of dermatological principles and various skin conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build client rapport.
