About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join their analytics team, operating in a fully remote capacity. This role is central to transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data models. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and BI tools, with a passion for uncovering trends and providing data-driven recommendations. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Business Intelligence solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.


• Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses.


• Create and optimize data models to support reporting and analytical requirements.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical specifications.


• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.


• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.


• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development or a related data analysis role.


• Proficiency with SQL for data querying and manipulation.


• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.


• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.


• Experience with data modeling techniques and relational databases.
