Key Responsibilities

- Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation related to energy projects.
- Conduct legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
Requirements
- Admitted attorney with a minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience, specifically in the energy sector .
- Demonstrated expertise in energy project finance, contracts, and regulatory law.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills for complex transactional agreements.
- Excellent analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload in a remote setting.
