About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead .NET Developer to spearhead their development initiatives in Centurion. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance .NET applications.
• Oversee code quality, conduct thorough code reviews, and enforce development best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert guidance to the team.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance development efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in .NET development, with a significant portion in a lead or senior role.
• Expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.
• Strong experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex software architectures.
• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
