Brand Ambassador - FMCG Promotions

About the Role

Our client is seeking vibrant and engaging Brand Ambassadors to represent their FMCG products through in-store promotions and events in and around Vereeniging . As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand, interacting directly with consumers, providing product information, conducting samplings, and driving product trial and sales. This role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for promoting exciting new products in a dynamic retail environment. You will play a key part in enhancing brand visibility and creating positive consumer experiences, directly contributing to sales success and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in retail environments to promote FMCG products and build brand awareness.
• Conduct product demonstrations and samplings, effectively communicating key features and benefits.
• Generate excitement and interest around the brand and its offerings.
• Collect consumer feedback and report insights to the marketing team.
• Achieve specific sales and engagement targets during promotional activities.
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic brand image at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, ideally in an FMCG or promotional role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings, as required for events in Vereeniging .
