About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall programme strategy, scope, governance, and objectives for a portfolio of strategic initiatives.
• Ensure successful integration and interdependencies between individual projects within the programme.
• Provide leadership and direction to project managers and teams involved in the programme.
• Oversee programme budgets, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure buy-in and support.
• Monitor programme performance, track key milestones, and report on overall progress and benefits realization.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in programme or project management, with at least 5 years in a programme leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-faceted strategic programmes.
• Expertise in programme management methodologies and best practices.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• A relevant Bachelor's degree; MBA or PMP certification is highly desirable.
