Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert beauty consultations, assessing client's skin type and offering tailored product recommendations.
• Perform professional makeup applications for various occasions, including events, photoshoots, and personal consultations.
• Educate clients on product usage, application techniques, and skincare routines.
• Drive sales by achieving individual and team sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain immaculate product displays and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and makeup stations.
• Stay updated on new product launches, beauty trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Makeup Artist and Beauty Consultant, preferably within a retail or luxury environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse makeup artistry skills.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare products and cosmetic brands.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging customer experience.
• Passion for beauty and a keen eye for detail and trends.
