Human Resources Specialist
Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Employee Relations and HR Business Partnering?
Our client is a leading multinational renewable energy company delivering large-scale wind and solar projects across multiple markets. They are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join their Cape Town team and play a key role in supporting their people strategy and business objectives.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will provide strategic and operational HR support across the business, with a particular focus on Employee and Industrial Relations.
Position: Senior People Business Partner
Location: Western Cape, Cape Town
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labour Relations or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' HR Generalist / HR Business Partner experience
- Strong, hands-on Employee Relations and Industrial Relations experience
- Sound knowledge of South African employment legislation
Salary: R800 000 to R1 000 000
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Employment Equity and Diversity & Inclusion
- Experience within a multinational, corporate or complex project environment advantageous
- Strong, hands-on Employee Relations and Industrial Relations experience
- Sound knowledge of South African employment legislation
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership and employees across the business on all HR matters
- Lead and manage Employee and Industrial Relations, including disciplinary and grievance processes
- Drive effective performance management across the organization
- Manage and support end-to-end recruitment
- Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation
- Drive Employment Equity, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and processes
