About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging programs focused on youth skill-building, leadership, and personal development.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and group activities for young people in the community.

• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and parents to create a supportive network for youth.

Requirements

• A qualification in Social Work, Youth Development, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in youth work, program facilitation, or community development.

• Ability to engage young people from diverse backgrounds and inspire positive change.
• Proficiency in digital tools for planning, communication, and reporting in a hybrid work setting.
