Principal Trainer – Luxury Lodge | Thabazimbi, Limpopo
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Principal Trainer to join a prestigious luxury lodge in Thabazimbi, Limpopo. Key responsibilities:
Develop, implement and oversee staff training programmes to maintain exceptional hospitality standards.
Identify training needs and assess employee performance to support ongoing professional development.
Deliver practical and theoretical training across various lodge departments.
Ensure all team members understand and consistently apply operational procedures and service standards.
Coach and mentor staff to improve guest engagement, communication and overall service delivery.
Monitor training effectiveness and maintain accurate training records.
Support management in building a skilled, motivated and service-driven team.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability and professional growth.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a senior training role within the luxury hospitality or lodge industry.
Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and lodge operations.
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programmes.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A hands-on approach with a passion for mentoring and developing hospitality professionals.
The ability to lead by example and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
