About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data to identify key trends and insights.

• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize website elements and marketing campaigns.
• Provide data-backed recommendations for website improvements, merchandising strategies, and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to implement data-driven strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Web Analyst, or E-commerce Analyst.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Strong skills in data manipulation and analysis using tools like SQL, Excel, or Python/R.
• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data simply and effectively.
