Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop detailed HVAC systems, including load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork/piping layouts.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents for HVAC installations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor installation progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Perform energy modeling and analysis to optimize system efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and clients to integrate HVAC designs seamlessly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system performance issues during commissioning and operation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience specifically in HVAC system design.
• Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., HAP, Trace 3D, AutoCAD) and relevant industry standards.
• Solid understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and air dynamics.
• Experience with building energy codes and sustainability principles.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
