About the Role

This role is integral to providing excellent in-person customer service and driving sales within their retail locations. You will be responsible for assisting customers, managing store inventory, processing transactions, and contributing to a positive store environment. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering inquiries about products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, ensuring merchandise is well-organized and stocked.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stocktakes.
• Provide product recommendations and information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policy.
