About the Role

This role is vital for supporting strategic decision-making through robust financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will work closely with various business units to provide financial insights, identify trends, and support operational improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and variances.
• Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand financial needs and provide support.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• A professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related accounting role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.
