Vacancy: Educational Travel Program Designer
Full-time role based in Noordhoek, Cape Town
About EDU Africa
With over two decades of experience, EDU Africa designs and facilitates Transformative Learning Journeys. These short-term educational initiatives across Sub-Saharan Africa serve school, college, and university students from various parts of the world. Partnering with more than 200 academic institutions (predominantly in the United States), we deliver upwards of 100 programs annually.
Our offerings operate across 16 African countries and take different formats, including faculty-led programs, Online Global Learning (Virtual Exchange programs), group internships, and school programs. Every journey begins with an educator's vision to bring their curriculum to life. We customise every element to match their academic objectives: crafting learning-focused itineraries, engaging local community partners to share their expertise, and aligning outcomes with our core Transformation Goals. To ensure seamless execution, we oversee all ground logistics, encompassing accommodation, transport, meals, guiding/facilitation, and curated educational activities.
We are passionate about and deeply committed to people, education, and our environment. Our team operates from four offices in Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, and Zimbabwe. The enduring relationships we build with local institutions, partners, and communities are what make our programs impactful, sustainable, and authentically African.
