Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional development and contribution to the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in management consulting or a relevant strategic advisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex strategic projects.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial analysis, and strategic frameworks.
