You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs deeply and coordinating recruitment efforts to meet those demands effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to deepen client engagement and identify new business opportunities.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal recruitment teams.
• Understand client hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment briefs.
• Oversee the successful delivery of recruitment services, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Provide regular reports to clients on recruitment progress and market insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience (6+ years) in client relationship management, account management, or business development within the recruitment industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying client needs and solutions.
• Experience in working with diverse client sectors.
• Familiarity with the Western Cape business community is advantageous.
