About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and organized Educational Program Manager to oversee the development and execution of key educational initiatives from their remote workspace, serving the Bloemfontein region. This role is instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of programs that meet defined learning outcomes and institutional goals. You will manage all aspects of program planning, implementation, and evaluation, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective resource allocation. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage educational programs from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to facilitate program success.
• Develop program materials, including goals, scope, and deliverables, in alignment with institutional objectives.
• Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and report on outcomes, making recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management, preferably within the education sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
• Strong understanding of program development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, crucial for a fully remote role.
