About the Role

Our client is seeking a bright and ambitious Associate Legal Counsel to bolster their legal team based in Randburg . This role is ideal for a lawyer with a few years of experience looking to deepen their expertise in corporate and commercial law within a fast-paced business environment. You will be involved in a broad range of legal activities, including contract review and negotiation, regulatory advice, and assisting with corporate transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements.

• Support senior counsel in managing litigation and dispute resolution matters.

Requirements

• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
