Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in a broad HR Generalist or Specialist role, with significant experience supporting remote employees.
• Strong understanding of international employment laws and HR best practices for remote work.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR technology tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
