After-Hours Inbound Sales Representative – Pest Control

Our client is a rapidly scaling pest control company serving multiple states across the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States. They invest heavily in Google advertising and generate an extremely high volume of inbound leads daily. As they expand into new markets and territories, they need dedicated remote team members to capture every opportunity and deliver exceptional customer service during after-hours periods.

Job Description

You will serve as the voice of a growing pest control operation, converting high-intent inbound leads into scheduled services during critical after-hours timeframes. You will handle incoming calls and Google messaging platform inquiries, capture customer information, process credit card payments, and coordinate scheduling in the company CRM system called Field Routes. This is a front-line sales role where your communication skills and attention to detail directly impact revenue and customer satisfaction. As you master the systems and processes, you will take on greater scheduling autonomy and become a trusted extension of the internal team.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM EST (40 hours/week, after-hours coverage)

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales calls from potential customers inquiring about pest control services during after-hours shifts
• Sell pest control services based on customer needs without aggressive upselling or commission-driven tactics
• Collect customer information and credit card details for service payment processing
• Enter completed sales into Field Routes CRM system accurately and completely
• Log all new leads into the team lead sheet within Microsoft Teams
• Send appointment confirmations to customers via the Check It messaging app within 10-15 minutes of booking
• Respond to customer inquiries submitted through the Google messaging dashboard throughout your shift
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers who are often calling outside of normal business hours
• Double-check all data entry and scheduling details to prevent costly errors or missed appointments
• Collaborate with internal staff during your training period to learn scheduling procedures and company-specific processes

Must-Have Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear, professional English
• Proven experience in inbound sales or customer service roles
• Strong attention to detail with ability to accurately enter information into multiple systems
• Ability to work independently during after-hours shifts with minimal supervision
• Reliable home internet connection and personal computer equipment
• Willingness to learn multiple software platforms including CRM systems and messaging tools
• Organized work style with ability to manage multiple tasks during high call volume periods

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Bonus if you have prior experience with Field Routes or other service industry CRM platforms
• It helps if you have worked in pest control, home services, or similar industries
• Bonus if you are comfortable working night shifts and understand the urgency of after-hours customer inquiries
• It helps if you have experience responding to leads through Google Local Service Ads or similar platforms
