About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Remote HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to various business units. This fully remote position is crucial for aligning HR initiatives with business goals, fostering employee engagement, and driving organizational effectiveness across geographically dispersed teams. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees and management, offering expert advice on all HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, and change management, all within a virtual environment. This role demands a high level of autonomy, strong business acumen, and the ability to build effective relationships remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
• Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Facilitate organizational development initiatives and change management processes.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, MBA, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of HR principles, labor law, and best practices.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote setting.
