Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, and nail art.
• Lead and mentor a team of nail technicians, providing ongoing training, performance feedback, and skill development.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure technicians are up-to-date with the latest techniques and industry standards.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and sterilization standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage nail service inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert recommendations for nail care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a certified Nail Technician.
• Demonstrated expertise in various nail enhancement techniques and artistic nail design.
• Previous experience in training or mentoring junior staff is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of nail anatomy, health, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A portfolio showcasing advanced nail art and technical skills is a plus.
