About the Role

Our client is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Outdoor Adventure Guides to lead exciting excursions in the beautiful landscapes surrounding Paarl . You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of clients participating in activities such as hiking, cycling, kayaking, and more. This role requires a deep knowledge of the local environment, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering unforgettable outdoor experiences to visitors and locals alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise groups on various outdoor adventure activities, ensuring client safety at all times.
• Provide insightful information about the local flora, fauna, and geography to clients.
• Manage equipment and ensure it is in safe and good working condition before and after each tour.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and administer first aid if required.
• Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere, enhancing the overall client experience in the Paarl region.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Outdoor Adventure Guide or in a similar role.
• Wilderness First Aid (WFA) or equivalent certification is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of local trails, natural environments, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership, communication, and group management skills.
• A passion for the outdoors and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
