This role is integral to expanding the firm's commercial property portfolio and client base within the Gauteng region. You will be responsible for managing high-value commercial transactions, including office, retail, and industrial properties, providing expert advice to corporate clients and investors. The position involves a hybrid work model, offering a blend of client-facing meetings and flexible remote work, enabling you to leverage your expertise effectively in the Pretoria market and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new commercial real estate listings and clients.
- Conduct detailed market research and property valuations for commercial assets.
- Market properties effectively through various channels to attract qualified buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate lease agreements and purchase contracts on behalf of clients.

Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage.

- Possession of a valid South African Real Estate license.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
