You will be responsible for managing recruitment mandates for manufacturing, engineering, and operational roles, building strong relationships with clients in the Limpopo region. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial markets and the ability to source specialized talent. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for industrial positions, from entry-level to senior management.


• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract skilled professionals in manufacturing, engineering, and logistics.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the industrial sector.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with a strong focus on the Industrial sector.


• Proven success in placing candidates in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or related fields.


• Deep understanding of industrial markets, supply chains, and technical roles.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


• Experience utilizing recruitment databases and sourcing tools effectively.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
