About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Property Consultant to serve the Centurion community. This role is centred around providing expert advice and tailored solutions to clients seeking to buy, sell, or rent properties. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, matching them with suitable properties, and guiding them through the entire real estate process. The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge and a passion for helping individuals and families find their perfect home or investment in the Gauteng province.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences in Centurion .
• Identify and present suitable properties that align with client needs and budget constraints.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and local amenities.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment potential.
• Assist clients with all stages of the transaction, from offer submission to finalising the deal.
• Maintain a professional and responsive line of communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Current NQF level 4 or PDE qualification and Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).
• Proven experience in property sales or lettings, with a strong understanding of the Centurion market.
• Excellent client relationship management skills and a proactive approach to sales.
• Ability to perform accurate property valuations and provide insightful market analysis.
• Strong negotiation skills and a commitment to ethical business practices.
• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are mandatory.
