About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled and self-motivated Remote E-commerce Specialist to join their expanding digital team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa . You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online sales channels, driving traffic, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from browsing to checkout. This role is critical in expanding our client's digital footprint and achieving online sales objectives. You will collaborate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to achieve ambitious online growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and user-friendliness.
• Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
• Analyze website performance data, such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales, to identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize product listings, descriptions, and imagery to enhance customer engagement and search visibility.
• Manage online promotions, discounts, and email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing and growing e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing principles.
• Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and reporting.
