Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and demographic data to identify investment opportunities.
- Develop detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, ROI calculations, and sensitivity analyses for potential acquisitions.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on properties, including legal, environmental, and physical assessments.
- Prepare investment reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor the performance of existing investments and recommend strategies for optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate investment analysis or financial analysis.
- Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, ARGUS, or similar.
- Excellent research, report writing, and presentation skills.
