Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance plans and procedures.
• Conduct detailed inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for process improvement.
• Document and report quality findings, including non-conformance reports and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Stay updated on relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A relevant degree or professional qualification in Quality Assurance or a related technical field.
