Property Growth & Acquisitions Analyst
A growing property business is seeking a commercially minded Property Growth & Acquisitions Analyst to identify investment opportunities, evaluate potential acquisitions and support property development initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to work across property investments, acquisitions, developments and disposals, contributing to strategic decisions that drive portfolio growth and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate property acquisition and investment opportunities.
Conduct financial modelling, feasibility studies and market research.
Assess property valuations, rental trends, capitalisation rates and investment returns.
Manage due diligence processes and assess transaction risks.
Prepare investment proposals and present opportunities to decision-makers.
Build and maintain relationships with property agents, brokers, developers and other industry stakeholders.
Identify development opportunities within the existing property portfolio.
Support development projects from feasibility and planning through to execution.
Assist with the marketing, leasing and disposal of properties.
Monitor project budgets, timelines and financial performance.
Contribute to investment strategies and initiatives aimed at growing the property portfolio.
Requirements
Experience in property investment, acquisitions, real estate analysis or a related field.
Strong financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills.
A sound understanding of property market dynamics, valuations and investment returns.
Experience conducting due diligence and evaluating property transactions.
Ability to prepare investment proposals and present findings to senior decision-makers.
Knowledge of property acquisitions, disposals and development processes.
Experience in project coordination, including budget and timeline monitoring.
Strong analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, commercially focused approach with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
