About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Fundraising Manager to lead their development efforts in Centurion . This pivotal role is responsible for designing and executing strategies to secure funding from various sources, including grants, corporate partnerships, and individual donors, thereby enabling the organization to achieve its ambitious goals. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a persuasive communicator, and deeply passionate about the charity sector , driving revenue growth to support critical community programs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet annual revenue targets.
• Identify, cultivate, and solicit major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
• Write compelling grant proposals and manage grant reporting requirements.
• Organize and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and donor cultivation activities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing donors and prospects in Centurion .
• Oversee the donor database and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven track record in non-profit fundraising, with demonstrated success in securing significant funding.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Excellent proposal writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with donor management software and fundraising CRM systems.
• Strategic thinking and strong analytical abilities to develop effective fundraising plans.
