The Role:
My client is looking to hire a Senior .NET Engineer to support the development of backend systems and integrations powering their digital ecosystem.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on C#, .NET, Azure, APIs, and cloud-based integrations. You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, and QA teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across internal and third-party platforms.
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- 6+ years' experience within software engineering, backend development, or systems integration
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and Azure cloud technologies
- Experience building REST APIs, backend services, and cloud integration solutions
- Strong understanding of API-led and event-driven architectures
- Experience working across distributed systems and third-party integrations
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern engineering practices
- Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities across backend systems
- Ability to work collaboratively across Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams
- Comfortable working within Agile environments
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions, or Event Grid
- Exposure to Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Experience supporting digital products or mobile platforms
- Product-led or customer-focused technology background
