The Tech Stack Deep-Dive
Core Platform & Ecosystem:

• Backend: .NET / Enterprise C#
• Frontend: Angular
• DevOps & Delivery: Azure DevOps

Must-Haves:

• 10+ years in software delivery with significant product-building experience.
• Proven track record owning system-level technical decisions (architecture, database strategy, modularity).
• Experience with high-integrity systems where auditability, reproducibility, and correctness are contractual (e.g., financial, settlement, metering).
• Ability to absorb, validate, and own offshore/partner-supplied technical specifications.
• Strong commercial literacy (pricing, packaging, cost-to-serve, business cases).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Domain knowledge in energy trading, power markets, or electricity utilities (wheel, imbalance, market bidding).
• Multi-tenant/multi-customer product design experience ("one codebase, multiple customers").
• Hands-on experience driving AI-assisted engineering workflows.
• Experience managing legacy-replacement programs and data migration at scale.

Key Responsibilities (Keep it brief)

• Drive Technical & Product Direction: Set architectural boundaries, build-vs-buy strategies, and maintain a unified codebase across multiple enterprise customers.
• Own the Functional Spec: Validate, test, and adapt complex ETRM specs provided by specialist European partners to align engineering, delivery, and commercial goals.
• Lead Prototyping & Demos: Drive a design-partner approach by demonstrating early working software to prospective customers and converting feedback into testable requirements.
• Build & Scale the Team: Structure delivery teams, hire talent (including a dedicated analyst and tech leads), and establish strong code review and quality disciplines.
