Our client, a reputable Recruitment Consultancy , is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant specializing in Finance & Accounting roles for their Mossel Bay, Western Cape office. This position requires a keen understanding of the financial sector to connect top-tier accounting and finance professionals with leading businesses. You will manage the entire recruitment process, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for finance and accounting positions, including CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, and other financial roles.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of finance and accounting professionals.
• Partner with clients to understand their specific financial staffing needs and company culture.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Keep updated on financial market trends, salary benchmarks, and regulatory changes impacting recruitment.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Finance and Accounting placements.
• Solid understanding of financial qualifications, accounting principles, and industry-specific terminology.
• Proven ability to source and attract high-calibre finance professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing office-based and remote tasks.
