Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to the highest standards of quality and customer service.
• Manage, train, motivate, and schedule spa staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue, control costs, and enhance profitability.
• Create and maintain exceptional client experiences, handling feedback and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory, including spa products and supplies, and oversee procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the spa.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in spa management or a senior leadership role within the hospitality or beauty industry.
• Proven track record in staff management, team leadership, and operational efficiency.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for wellness, beauty treatments, and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Cosmetology.
