Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement state-of-the-art NLP models and algorithms using deep learning frameworks.
• Conduct thorough data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation for various text-based AI tasks.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems and applications.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in NLP and machine learning, applying them to improve existing solutions.
• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and optimize model performance, ensuring robustness and scalability.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models , with a strong focus on NLP.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model training and deployment.
• Strong understanding of natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG) techniques.
