Technical Manager - Monogastric Nutrition

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager for Monogastric Nutrition to provide technical leadership, support customer success, and drive the growth of our feed additive and micronutrient portfolio.

As Kemin's regional technical expert, you will work with customers, nutritionists, distributors, product managers, and sales teams to deliver practical nutritional solutions that improve animal performance and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expertise in monogastric nutrition, feed additives, and feed formulation.
• Develop value propositions and support product launches and commercial growth initiatives.
• Design, manage, and interpret research and commercial validation trials.
• Translate scientific findings into practical recommendations and technical reports.
• Deliver technical training and support to customers and sales teams.
• Develop nutritional tools, feed formulations, and value-added technical services.
• Represent Kemin at customer events, conferences, and industry forums.
• Build relationships with key industry stakeholders, universities, and consultants

Qualifications

• A minimum of a BSc (Agric) Animal Science degree, with a strong preference for post-graduate qualifications such as an MSc or higher qualification in Animal Nutrition.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Strong expertise in monogastric nutrition, feed formulation, and feed additives is essential. Previous experience as a feed mill nutritionist will be a strong advantage.
• Scientific curiosity, innovation, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages will be beneficial.
