Internal Sales Consultant – Nelspruit

We are seeking an Internal Sales Consultant to enhance our customer experience and help grow our Business. The successful incumbent will be responsible for supporting and assisting the growth of market share through effective and timeous response to all inbound customer enquiries.

What We’re Looking For:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• A diploma in Sales is advantageous
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in internal sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Own reliable transport required

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to all inbound sales enquiries (walk-in, phone, email) professionally and promptly
• Prepare accurate quotations and sales documentation
• Coordinate with operations for delivery logistics and customer details
• Support the debtors department in following up on outstanding payments
• Maintain and update weekly and monthly sales reports
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed
• Welcome and assist all on-site customers
• Generate manual delivery slips for direct customer purchases
• Monitor stock levels, assist with stock ordering and periodic counts
• Ensure monthly sales targets are met for outright purchases
• Assist with outbound sales initiatives and customer visits when required
• Adhere to Health & Safety protocols within the branch
• Perform any additional duties reasonably assigned by management
